Celebrating it's 30th Anniversary this year, Classic Properties is an Independent Agency serving primarily Toluca Lake and Burbank.  It was founded in 1977 by Brad Howard, a third generation Realtor who has always lived in the Burbank and Toluca Lake area.                          

In 1994 Dorothy Sall brought her own unique, energetic style to Classic Properties. Dorothy is dedicated to making the best possible deal for her clients, whether they are selling their home or buying a new one. She and her family have also made their home in Toluca Lake.
